Tech for Good
We have helped organisations in the HealthTech, Biotech and Life Sciences sectors push the boundaries of technology to create healthier outcomes for people. We are excited to work with other Tech for Good organisations to improve lives and deliver positive social and economic benefit.
We know many Tech for Good companies and bodies have significant technology delivery challenges and increased demand for agility due to increasingly vast data needs and talent attraction constraints. We’ve helped leading organisations build teams that have the culture and the capability to overcome these challenges, going on to deliver a step change in processes, infrastructure and overall performance.
Solving complex data challenges
Medical research is synonymous with data challenges, with security and accessibility being key concerns. For organisations handling large volumes of data, the scalability and performance afforded by the Cloud make perfect sense, where many organisations struggle is creating the strategy that allows them to migrate operations in a fast-paced environment where projects can’t be placed on hold.
We collaborate with leading research organisations to ensure their digital transformation runs smoothly, through our work with Genomics England we helped them re-imagine their IT delivery strategy across all areas of the IT function and require additional resources including people, process and technology, including a much-expanded IT team; the introduction of a DevOps culture and new hybrid Datacentre solution.
We collaborate with leading research organisations to ensure their digital transformation runs smoothly and they achieve an environment that is futureproofed to keep up with the fast-changing demands of their leading edge research and data needs. Through our work with Genomics England we helped them re-imagine their IT delivery strategy across all areas of the IT function. This was a vast project that touched all facets of their organisation, requiring a step-change in thinking, culture and capability. Through close collaboration, we helped them acquire additional resources including people, processes and technology. This included a much-expanded IT team; the introduction of a DevOps culture and new hybrid Datacentre solution.
