Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Supplier
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8 billion. With this is mind, Inspire People is proud to be a named supplier under the following public sector frameworks:

Non Clinical Staffing framework RM6277 under Lot 3 IT Professionals.
Inspire People is a named supplier on Non Clinical Staffing framework RM6277. This new framework launched in April 2023 is part of the NHS Workforce Alliance portfolio, and enables all public sector bodies to contract for non clinical staffing services through a range of engagement types, including fixed-term, temporary positions and independent contractors.
Working alongside our named sub-contractors Wave Search and Prospectus IT Recruitment, Inspire People can offer public bodies a range of IT professionals and digital workers on a regional and national basis across the UK.
In addition, public bodies can arrange for suppliers to manage projects on your behalf, and take responsibility for providing your desired outcomes through output based delivery.
Benefits to public sector bodies include:
- Maximum agreement rates are fixed and are also limited in line with the NHS England agency price caps for NHS bodies.
- Transparent rates and costs for both PAYE and limited company temporary workers, including fixed term appointments
- Quality assurance audits to make sure worker pre employment checks for NHS roles follow the NHS Employers Check Standards and Skills for Health
- Non-NHS contracting authorities can specify what pre-employment checks they need: for example, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
- Direct award is available to all public sector bodies and supported by the NHS Workforce Alliance to enable quick access to workers when needed
- Free to use: you don’t need a membership and framework fees are collected from suppliers.
Permanent Recruitment 2 RM6229 - Lot 2 Non Clinical General Recruitment
We are named Suppliers under both Digital, Data and Technology ("DDaT") and Project & Programme Managment specialisms.
This framework is available to all public sector bodies via Direct award including central government departments, arm’s length bodies, local authorities, emergency service providers, charities and publicly owned bodies.
Developed by CCS alongside key HR stakeholders within the public sector, the framework provides a compliant route to candidates for permanent roles and as a solution for difficult to fill roles while also supporting diversity and inclusion ambitions within the public sector, improve fill rates and reduce time to hire.
