Telephone Services
We recommend the use of Relay UK, a free service offered by BT to help deaf people and those who have hearing loss or are speech impaired to communicate over the phone.
Simply type what you’d like to say and an assistant will relay the conversation in real-time.
You don't need any special kit – just download the app from the App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store onto your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
You can download the Relay UK app from Apple's App Store for iOS devices or download from Google Play for Android devices.
For Windows 10 PCs, you can Get Relay UK from the Microsoft Store.
