Job Brochures

Job brochures are visually engaging and informative packs that provide a comprehensive overview of a role far beyond traditional text-based descriptions.

Designed to attract potential candidates, in addition to just providing a job description, these brochures highlight key details about your organisation, such as your mission, culture, tech stack, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and career/growth opportunities. They bring your Employer Value Proposition to life and can include videos for added impact.

Job brochures are valuable resources for internal recruiters and hiring managers, helping them effectively attract and engage potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Benefits

  • Attract higher-calibre candidates: Accurately present your employer brand offer and gain an equal footing against established or known brands.

  • Be seen by a new audience: One of the most effective resources for communicating what you do, how you do it and the difference your organisation makes.

  • Reduce recruitment costs: Job brochures 'sell your employer brand', ensuring your recruiter time is spent picking the best candidates rather than convincing people to apply.

  • Make a lasting impression: Job brochures distill your Employer Value Proposition and employer brand into 8-10 slides that paint a vivid narrative and compelling picture of your organisation as an employer.

How does it work?

Strategy

We collaborate with you to define your recruitment goals. This includes examining who your target candidates are, what makes your organisation special and will resonate with that audience and how we communicate these facts and features for maximum appeal.

Creative

Equipped with our plan, we will recommend the content to include. Our project manager will identify the necessary information to include, seamlessly guiding your team through the simple process of what to provide in terms of text and any imagery.

Having reviewed any available brand guidelines or reference a selection of look and feel pages will be designed to establish the creative direction and ensure congruency with the overall organisational brand.

Full Design

Once the look and feel is locked-in, our design team will get to work creating the full job brochure. Within a matter of weeks your employer brand will have been refined, defined and creatively captured in a compelling package. Once completed the job brochure is supplied as a fully-editable Powerpoint file, enabling your recruiters to easily change the job description per role or make any other updates down the line.
