Introduction

HM Land Registry (HMLR) is a UK government department, established in 1862, responsible for registering land and property ownership in England and Wales. It plays a key role in maintaining the legal records of land transactions, ensuring transparency and security in property ownership. HMLR’s work is integral to the UK’s property market and legal system.

    • Expanding the candidate pool for Digital, Data, and Technology roles, highlighting the impact of HMLR’s work and its appeal as one of the best places to work within public sector / local economy in the South West

    • Raising awareness externally about HMLR’s mission, vision, and value to the UK economy.

    • Filmed an authentic EVP video on-site at HMLR’s ITS department in Plymouth, showcasing their tech stack, training opportunities, diversity, and digital transformation, and developed a tailored recruitment micro-site to promote HMLR’s EVP and job opportunities.

    • Designed targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill technical roles, leveraging the EVP video and micro-site to attract high-quality candidates and strengthen HMLR’s employer brand within the tech community.
